Yet to collect my goods, hope everything goes smoothly...
Extremely Unreliable and Confusing
Been trying to sign in to get a Watsons Club Card for last three days. Spoke to countless Customer Support who not only did not succeed in helping me but have wasted my time in a roundabout chase to get a card. Why confuse the customers with two different signups? One for card and one for E-shopper account? Merge the two and provide step-by-step guide to assist shoppers. You have lost me to Guardian because this is a waste of my time and energy. And while talking to your online Customer Support, she suggested I walked into the store where the charges for the card is double (RM20) the online card (RM10). Totally no help at all. You’ve lost me to Guardian.
Being scammed to change new card - Worst Service
It’s a freaking terrible experience dealing with your system and customer service team.
1. Why does changing a new card require changing a new phone number and email address?
2. Didn't communicate clearly that I need to go through such a trouble for logging in your app
3. Email responded that I can only use MY number to log in, but I already told them this is the issue I face.
I'm looking for a solution, not repeating the issue.
4. My Mum’s account was allegedly registered with 2 cards. Need to waste time to request for refunds.
5. Found out that my card can still be used until 2029, but the staff told me that it has to be changed.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had for a MNC. You're wasting time of your employees and your customers, Watson.
