One of the more thoughtful EV charging app in the market

Been using several EV charging app - had a few lousy experience with other vendors (from small qr codes to messy start and stop charging experiences) which seriously frustrates daily EV drivers like me.Luckily the charger from Watt is quite easy and straight forward to use. With their constant updating of the app to improve the app, i’m surprised that they could do better experiences than other bigger players, although some kinks but overall it’s a pretty decent EV charging app with strong functions. Keep it up.

With their constant updating of the app to improve the app, i’m surprised that they could do better experiences than other bigger players, although some kinks but overall it’s a pretty decent EV charging app with strong functions. Keep it up.

Better than other charging apps

The app is versatile, i can start and end charging session at my convenience, because normally carpark areas will have weak network coverage which I always encounter with other apps i can just enable charging away from the parking lot no need to wait till I get a good network coverage. The technical support is prompt in providing assistance when I encountered issues while charging.

Better than other charging apps

The app is versatile, i can start and end charging session at my convenience, because normally carpark areas will have weak network coverage which I always encounter with other apps i can just enable charging away from the parking lot no need to wait till I get a good network coverage. Sign up process if littered with bugs and errors

Please try to fix the issues with the sign up pages1. Use google email sign up2. Verification process succeeds but email goes to spam by default due to your mailing servers being flagged as spam probably3. After google sign up complete- passwords panel needs to be recessed to key in password- phone number needs to be validated(Suggestion)- either use the google sso as authentication thoroughly or you separate the manual user details registration- or Just authenticate users with their phone number and otp process. If emails are required we can request for that at a later stage. ================The sign up process impacts the opinion, feel and confidence about the service for consumers. As an engineer myself I’m worried about my registration information and payment details being compromised since even simple basic registration is handled poorly.
