In app messaging doesn’t work well

The in app messaging function doesn’t work properly. There is no UI elements to show which messages has been read and which are new messages. No way to also reject or remove candidates that we might not be interested to proceed with. Makes the shortlisting process difficult. Tons of room for improvement.

Indeed, we had some issues in May regarding the messaging app. It has been solved with UI elements showing which messages have been read; employers can now contact helpers both via the in-app chat or via Whatsapp.The feature to accept or remove candidates has also been released, making shortlisting more convenient. I paid for a premium service but got logged out on the second day. After multiple attempts to log back in, I finally succeeded on the third day, only to find that all my activities—conversations, job ads, premium pass, and shortlisted candidates —disappeared. I have reached out for support and hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible; otherwise, it feels like a total scam and waste of time and money ☹️
