Accurate but slow

The map is very accurate in terms of showing the rain areas.

However, the app would not be able to load during rainy times as I presume many people would be trying to load the app. These are the times when it should be ready for people to view it and it would defeat the purpose for many people who are not able to view it during rainy times.

Please increase the bandwidth or whatsoever and this would be an awesome map!

Inaccurate info

The app is very useful when checking for rain just before going out for a bike ride. The radar images are a good indication of the weather for the next hour or two but the Nowcast and 24hr forecasts have to be taken with a pinch of salt.
However the most obvious error in the app is the reporting of the highest and lowest temperature recorded so far for the day. I usually see areas showing much higher/lower temperatures than "the highest/lowest value recorded so far today” on the very same page. Why isn’t the minimum and maximum temperatures for the day not updated when new data is received? I don’t expect real-time updates but I have seen the wrong data displayed for more than 15-20 minutes ( could have been even longer but that was when I checked ). This issue might also be affecting your other measurements like rainfall as I do not look at those numbers.
Please correct the information or state the time which the data was updated instead of “ recorded so far today” !

Lost its former glory

This used to be the *only* useful weather app for Singapore. Accurate, customisable, to the point. I especially loved the extremely useful rain radar.

Then came November 2020 and this app became super slow and practically useless, as if the Singapore government downgraded the server that supplies the info to the slowest and worst available.

I hope the app will soon be back to its former glory. Then it would deserve 4 stars. Right now, even one star feels like flattery.
