I was using this app to transfer money few times already. Unfortunately I’m trying to use it to do my next transfer yesterday, it looks like got some bugs again. It requires for additional information, like gender, nationality and country of birth, after enter all the information, it keeps showing “check and reenter your country...c5143”. Hope WesternUnion take immediate action to resolve it if really encourage for using apps.
Few bugs to fix
1st, it does not accept debit card? 2nd, it keeps on displaying that the transfer in progress though it’s already been completed a week ago, resulting to unable to transfer anymore due to limit exceed, though it’s not. Please fix this, thanks.
I’ve down loaded this app and hopping to miss queuing up at the branch to write out forms and waste much time. When I log in they don’t recognize my input so I try signing up a new account and they don’t allow as I’m using my usual email. This app keep asking me to enter my password which is correct and then app keep saying its wrong. So I wish to change my password and this app say will send me links for change of password but it never send the link.... what a crazy app and useless. Never works at all.... please don’t download... serious advice.
