I love the concept: delivering hawker food which other food delivery services cannot.
I do not mind pay $1.80 ($1.50 for delivery + $0.30 for takeaways) per item ordered after all it saves me the convenience. At most I will stop ordering drinks since the cost of the drink has effectively doubled.
But the cons are beginning to outweigh the pros. The tracking system seems totally broken. For example, for my latest order (which still has not arrived), the timing has shown estimated remaining time at 23 mins for the past hour.
I can understand things like delay but without any working updates, this will only result in frustration and disappointment for your customers who still choose to stick by you.
So why not check with customer service on updates? Well there are only two options. Email or phone. Well you will choose by phone since you will be dying of hunger. I was put into a queue....”3 person in queue ahead of me” Okay I will wait, I thought. And then 2, and 1...
And finally a message reads, and invited me to email them instead. And the line went dead.
So why bother even having a hotline?
WhyQ, you must understand. You have some very loyal customers. But disappointment after disappointment will only drive them away, and never to return.
You really need to relook at your business plan now.

1st order- office delivery- late for 30min! the bag was there without anybody manning it. everyone rummaged for their food; me too. my order was not there. waited for next batch and finally got our food- cold, dry and hungry. thx for wasting my precious lunch break to wait for horrible food (doesn’t do usually nice food justice at all!)
last order - to home- late for total of 1.5h. was sent only 1 sms to inform it will be late and will arrive 30min late (lies!) food came dry and again specific instructions on the food items were ignored. feedback and was given a load of excuses about riders being new, stalls being crowded... then work on your manpower issues. if u r unable to deliver the goods, don’t sell.
order if u r ok for dry and very late and extra exorbitant charges on food (the cheek of u to charge us for every item even if from same stall & we get horrible non-service) which will NOT be to your instructions. no pls, stop ordering from WHYQ, do yourself a favour, go take a walk or a bus and get decent cheaper nicer food rather than be disappointed again and again especially when you are hangry!

Good idea but poor execution
Delivery is perpetually late - which means there is no excuse since they probably should have revamped the system.
Today it was 1 hours late and when I went down to collect after being informed that the food has arrived I was told that my food was not in this delivery batch and is likely cancelled. Contact centre couldn’t be reached. Email not responded to. And there was no update for the status.
When I called them again late afternoon (close to 3 pm) I finally got through and was subsequently told that the food was there, and to please collect the same. Unfortunately there is no way I am collecting and eating my lunch at 3 pm.
They promised a refund (i hope that is carried through) but I wish something could be done to improve the service. This reminded me why I stopped using the app for months and only gave it another chance more recently. None of the recent orders have been on time and this particular one was a complete dud.
I would not mind paying the $1.50/order if there is reliable good service that I can depend on but for the working crowd with regular lunch schedules this is unforgivable. Please improve service reliability. I probably won’t be using the service again in a Long time until I hear of improvements.
