Ideas is great, it just that.....
Liked the idea of having most of the hawker stall food. Since now due to covid is hard to dine in at the hawker Center.. with whyq I can get my fave food from all these stall...
But the delivery time is never on time. And when the food ordered is not available, yes I appreciated that you will called to ask whether to cancel or change order. But when the ordered it changed, and the amount is higher than what initially ordered. Shouldn't it to have a function to pay the extra? I have to call twice to ask how am I suppose to pay it. And the process is tedious. I have to place another order, waited it to reflect onto my order list. Then call back to request for deduction, cancellation on the 2nd order and refund. Wouldn't it be easier to prompt an alert stating that there's an extra payment to be done, and deduct the current and previous balance, then direct to the payment system to pay.
I was so disappointed previously due to order delivery time.. now I'm even more disappointed 😔
Good idea but poor execution
Delivery is perpetually late - which means there is no excuse since they probably should have revamped the system.
Today it was 1 hours late and when I went down to collect after being informed that the food has arrived I was told that my food was not in this delivery batch and is likely cancelled. Contact centre couldn’t be reached. Email not responded to. And there was no update for the status.
When I called them again late afternoon (close to 3 pm) I finally got through and was subsequently told that the food was there, and to please collect the same. Unfortunately there is no way I am collecting and eating my lunch at 3 pm.
They promised a refund (i hope that is carried through) but I wish something could be done to improve the service. This reminded me why I stopped using the app for months and only gave it another chance more recently. None of the recent orders have been on time and this particular one was a complete dud.
I would not mind paying the $1.50/order if there is reliable good service that I can depend on but for the working crowd with regular lunch schedules this is unforgivable. Please improve service reliability. I probably won’t be using the service again in a Long time until I hear of improvements.
Consistent bad service & horrible customer support
Been using this service for quite sometime... food choice is good, but, the delivery tend to be late... sometimes up to almost an hour late, not good since I have only 1 hour allocated for lunch. Telephone support is no good either, most of the time, they don’t know what’s been going on... or they tend to be abrupt and down right rude.. Also, there was once they got my order wrong. And there is one time they actually charge me wrongly and I have to wait 2 days before the issue was rectified.. can I give minus rating?
After a long time gone... I decided to try the service again. Bad decision. Food is late, yet again. And they want to make me wait for another hour.. OMG, do these people think I have a 2 hour lunch period? And worse... after calling their operator and asking them to hurry up.. they just decide to cancel my order. Just like that.
This has got to be the worst delivery service.... ever. Never order from them. Ever.. I learnt my lesson. If u want to maintain your sanity and not waste your time. Do not use this app. Ever. They don’t improve with time. U have been cautioned. Use this service at your own risk.
