Late delivery and Cust Svc seems non-existent.
I love the concept: delivering hawker food which other food delivery services cannot.
I do not mind pay $1.80 ($1.50 for delivery + $0.30 for takeaways) per item ordered after all it saves me the convenience. At most I will stop ordering drinks since the cost of the drink has effectively doubled.
But the cons are beginning to outweigh the pros. The tracking system seems totally broken. For example, for my latest order (which still has not arrived), the timing has shown estimated remaining time at 23 mins for the past hour.
I can understand things like delay but without any working updates, this will only result in frustration and disappointment for your customers who still choose to stick by you.
So why not check with customer service on updates? Well there are only two options. Email or phone. Well you will choose by phone since you will be dying of hunger. I was put into a queue....”3 person in queue ahead of me” Okay I will wait, I thought. And then 2, and 1...
And finally a message reads, and invited me to email them instead. And the line went dead.
So why bother even having a hotline?
WhyQ, you must understand. You have some very loyal customers. But disappointment after disappointment will only drive them away, and never to return.
You really need to relook at your business plan now.

Consistent bad service & horrible customer support
Been using this service for quite sometime... food choice is good, but, the delivery tend to be late... sometimes up to almost an hour late, not good since I have only 1 hour allocated for lunch. Telephone support is no good either, most of the time, they don’t know what’s been going on... or they tend to be abrupt and down right rude.. Also, there was once they got my order wrong. And there is one time they actually charge me wrongly and I have to wait 2 days before the issue was rectified.. can I give minus rating?
After a long time gone... I decided to try the service again. Bad decision. Food is late, yet again. And they want to make me wait for another hour.. OMG, do these people think I have a 2 hour lunch period? And worse... after calling their operator and asking them to hurry up.. they just decide to cancel my order. Just like that.
This has got to be the worst delivery service.... ever. Never order from them. Ever.. I learnt my lesson. If u want to maintain your sanity and not waste your time. Do not use this app. Ever. They don’t improve with time. U have been cautioned. Use this service at your own risk.

1st order- office delivery- late for 30min! the bag was there without anybody manning it. everyone rummaged for their food; me too. my order was not there. waited for next batch and finally got our food- cold, dry and hungry. thx for wasting my precious lunch break to wait for horrible food (doesn’t do usually nice food justice at all!)
last order - to home- late for total of 1.5h. was sent only 1 sms to inform it will be late and will arrive 30min late (lies!) food came dry and again specific instructions on the food items were ignored. feedback and was given a load of excuses about riders being new, stalls being crowded... then work on your manpower issues. if u r unable to deliver the goods, don’t sell.
order if u r ok for dry and very late and extra exorbitant charges on food (the cheek of u to charge us for every item even if from same stall & we get horrible non-service) which will NOT be to your instructions. no pls, stop ordering from WHYQ, do yourself a favour, go take a walk or a bus and get decent cheaper nicer food rather than be disappointed again and again especially when you are hangry!
