I’ve been participating in this game for years and have accumulated a considerable amount of points and assets. However, the day before yesterday, my account was suddenly frozen, and I was asked to go through an account verification process. After completing the verification as required, I discovered today that my account had been switched to a new one, and all my previous progress was instantly reset to zero!Is this a legitimate game or just some kind of joke? Could the operators please provide an explanation?

Wink+ has undergone a remarkable transformation with its latest update.The first thing I noticed upon opening the app is its refreshed interface, which is sleeker, more modern, and easier to navigate than ever before. The updated design allows one to easily navigate various promotions, events, and things to do in Singapore.One of the most notable improvements in the latest update is the station pages. The app now offers a broad range of information for every station in Singapore, including those up and coming ones. Moreover, it also tells you the first and last train. I think this is very helpful especially for me who once in awhile will have to stay out late into the night.Moreover, the latest update also gives me the capability to search for directions and I can store my Home and Work locations to make searching my way home and work as easy as a single tap. Overall, I’m very impressed with the new app. I can see how this can be my travel app moving forward in Singapore!

What I find useful is being able to have everything I need in one app & easily navigate from the station pages to find good food & things to do, to searching for directions to these interesting places. Even at the homepage, there is already a list of hot deals and promos and event suggestions. Including hiking and nature trails, and family activities are a nice touch too. Happy to be able to conveniently access the MRT map feature without having to google for it anymore. Good upgrade building upon a good loyalty program :)
