So my friend phone had full storage to I lend my friend to sign up on my phone which considering as a second account, try to log into my account and was told my account is lock so now I can't even use the app, they didn't even mention about not able to log in and log out to sign in with another account. They didn't warn us. I only know when I search for what is my acc lock by googling it.
Hard to use application
App locked my account out of a sudden with no warning. Wrote in to customer service, they said I gamed the system. Confiscated my points and unlocked my account but with no apology made to me even after I explained to them what happened. Seriously? Don’t waste your time with this app.
Note that I only managed to find out the reason for locking after 2days. Understand that it’s the weekends but have you considered that weekends are the time that people will head out most yet unable to use the app then? Also, provided them with a feedback that they could have issued a warning notification for new users but they simply ignored it. Proper explanation was also made as to the reason behind scanning a stored image. The confiscation of points appears to be a consequence of my actions even though explanation had been given. The team at wink should use empathy not punishment to guide them in how they should resolve customer enquires.

Note that we do not lock accounts without basis, and the reasons for locking are always stated on our replies to user enquiries. One of the basic rules of WINK+ is that scanning of stored images is not allowed. Stored image scanning is easily detected. We hope that our users will adhere to the WINK+ Terms and Conditions so that we can continue to sustain the entire platform and offer benefits to all users.
Con app - trick you to see adv
Earning of Wink+ points with ERP card spending is a con job. If you don't logon within 24 hours the points are forfeited. Sine you can award these points automatically and the card number is linked to a wink account, why can't the wink+ point credit to the account directly??? So there are only two outcomes for the users (1) your points earned were forfeited because you didn't redeem them within 24 hours (2) you are forced to watch advertisements everyday - the more points you have the more advertisements you have to watch, 1-1. Seem to be a good advertising platform for the app owner, cheat their users to be audience of advertisement while the clocking passive income. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
