Can’t log in with my subscription
I have a digital subscription but can’t log in. App is frustratingly bad. Emailed customer support but no response.
Not recommended
This app does not work. Wired has charged me for the Nov issue and I still cannot download the issue. I love the magazine but the customer service is very slow. Do not recommend download.
No more download\backup problems!
The Nov 2010 issue download problems have finally been resolved. Also no problems downloading the latest Dec 2010 issue.
As a bonus, if you have upgraded to iOS 4.2, the problem with iPad backups taking hours to complete when new issues are downloaded has been fixed. Now it takes less than 5 minutes.
The magazine itself is great. Love the articles and rich multimedia content. Pricing is still somewhat of a problem, though it would be considered a bargain for Singapore readers in comparison to the newsstand price. A subscription model would be nice.
Giving 4 instead of 5 stars for the week-long hiccup with downloading the Nov 2010 issue.
