Hi,

I don’t recommend to anyone to download this app and install the configuration profile as there is serious vulnerability issue.

After downloading this profile, if you want to remove, only way is through VPN & Device management. Even so, it’s temporary only and will still return back in your managed network under “Wi-fi” after you reformat your phone.

The serious issue for this is, this configuration profile does not give an option and just forces user to auto join. And it acts like a open door access for any hackers to hack through this profile into your device contents/apps/connected devices under same wifi network.

I got phishing scams msg / overseas unknown calls, and even esim hijacked where someone take control of my phone number for a moment, and weird notifications coming in when surfing safari. Developer needs to first enhance the security protocols, before releasing for use. Hope it helps to build understanding amongst the Singapore community and protect their devices from such issues.

Hi, I am not sure what is the issue here but it would be great if you could fix this issue, so after the last update to this application, it cannot run properly on both my iPhone 6 Pluses even though it was working fine with them before the last update, as soon you launch the application on them now, an error message will pop-up on the screen saying that this application cannot run because the environment is not safe and that my data may be at risk, I already tried reinstalling the application on them several times already, still the same thing but it work well for my devices running iOS 16 though so maybe it could be my devices too old to properly run the application anymore or there is something you all can fix, after all, your minimum requirement for this application is currently iOS 12.0 and later and both my iPhone 6 Pluses are both currently running iOS 12.5.7 so it should be able to work just fine by right.

I saw the reviews and was a little bit skeptical. I downloaded it anyways as I need to use it to study while I work. I have yet to use it but I will update my review once I am able to use it. The only troublesome thing so far that I have encountered is that it kept on asking me to Install my profile when I already did like 10 times. Maybe a suggestion is that once we installed alr, directly bring us to the registration page and afterwards once we are done, you can end it there because its so troublesome and confusing to reinstall it so many times. Thank you

Edit: Aite I tried using it. Didn’t work at all. I set up already and yet I still couldn’t connect to the wireless@sgx
would rate it 1 star actually since it does absolutely nothing. Trust the reviews, this app is not up to par
