Wireless@SGx 4+

The date of birth field is a user experience problem. You need to set the year first, then the month and day. Once that is done, there is a hard to see "Done" button just below the calendar that you will take several hours to notice. Once that is done, you can proceed to install your profile.

The problem is - after installing the profile, the auto-login will still keep asking for your account name and password, which should not be the case. I managed to do it once, but after 6 months they will log you out and then this whole process on installing the profile problems will begin again.

The set up might seem difficult but so long as you follow the instructions properly, it will work. You also won't need to set it again after it is done. All you have to do is click the wireless sgx wifi and you can resume usage.
One thing to note is that you have to do the set up separately for different devices. For example, if you have an iphone and a macbook, you have to download the wireless sgx app on both devices and do the setup on each device.
^ This was the mistake I made as I had assumed that i could simply share the wifi via my phone to my macbook.

I have no idea why the reviews for this app are so bad... I was able to do a quick set-up of the Wireless@SGx network, and everything worked without a hinge. As noted by some reviewers, it would be best to input your Date of Birth by clicking on the calender icon > select Year of Birth > select Month > select Day to avoid any errors. Other than that, hope it works tomorrow when I have to use the network!
