Back to V1

Back to V1 after unsuccessful pairing with a new device. V1 did it just fine

From the Wiz V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.

Needs a lot of improvement

Too bad. App user experience and connectivity is not reliable especially when compared Phillips Hue. I wouldn’t buy again.

Fail to add light

Previously managed to add lights on meshed 2.4 & 5 GHz network. Now it cannot add any light at all, even after splitting the network to 2.4 GHz only. The app doesn’t prompt to add lights when creating a new room either.
