App used to be easier to use with auto location detection and a quick click to enter pay in store mode. The recent upgrade either broke or removed the location detection!!!??? Now we have to manually select store location, and have to navigate an extra 2 pages to go into pay in store mode. I’m glad for the nicer interface but functionality & UX should be prioritized over UI!!!
App is more like a scam

Bought a 1 for 1 meal set previously and worked. Following week, bought a 1 for 1 coffee/ tea promo last month and couldn’t work. Went to store to redeem but staff said can’t use app due to system problem. Continuously went there again for many days and even after the promo expiry, app still couldn’t be used due to system problem. Emailed customer service on paid promo and no reply. My advice, pay by cash, card in stall and getting the deals in store are still better. This app...... it swallows your money, refuses to let you redeem, wouldn’t answer your queries and in stall people can’t do much.
Include the menu!

If the current app is solely for payment & collecting points right now, it would be great if you could add on the menu so the customers can browse while they queue up! No hogging/ faster waiting time y’know since YK only has one cashier counter.Then perhaps in a later release/ update, make it so that we can order in-app (like Starbucks) & we just collect at the counter!

My wife’s ios app was double charged. They refunded with credit. The next time she paid there was balance credit of 70 cents. Now the app cannot be used. Every time she pays using the app the credit card is charged and refunded immediately. Even your store manager cannot solve. Email to customer service, two times, they keep asking to try again, only temporary. Well, we tried 3 times at three different locations. Now customer service does not even reply to our emails.
