App always disconnects
I have the same issue as sayanghe! The camera disconnects itself many times within a short span of the week. It is very inconvenient because the camera fails to reconnect on its own and it can only be done when someone is home to power off the main switch. The seller also change the camera for me and said not the issue with the camera so probably the app??
And after the recent update, it is very lag, I checked it’s not my network prob. Can someone please look into it?
New update keeps disconnecting, and it requires me to force reset a lot of times!!!
Offline always
Hi, I just want to know why my camera shut down by itself everyday, every 7pm. I tried all I could to fix it but it still the same. I asked the seller of the camera but he also could not answer my question. Maybe you can since it your application. I hope you can reply me asap. Thanks
