Happy Customer
My family’s and I are extremely happy with the Yi cameras as well as the Yi Home app. We subscribed to the cloud which was fuss free and reliable. We find the footage of very good quality. Downloading of any footage is also simple and straightforward. The only issue we can see is sometimes the motion sensor doesn’t pick up on movement and we wonder if it’s because over time, some of the routine movements no longer triggers the recording?
Great device and app. Works on ios11
Very happy with the device and even started using their cloud service. Previously I had a 16G micro SD card slotted in but have decided to try the cloud service and so far it’s been great.
The app works fine and I have also tried it on my iPad already updated onto the latest iOS 11, no issues. I also use their Xiao Yi cameras with no issues either but prefer this one since it can rotate and can have a better view all round.
Need to setup new account using app
If you follow the onscreen setup, you will be requested to provide an email address and password. Don’t do it if you are a new user. There is a very faint “New to YI” below the blue Login button. Click it to register for new account.
