Redemption of Points is very slow
I received payout for my first redemption after waiting one month. Finally received payout for my second redemption about 1.5mths and 4 emails chasers with noresponse. I think their back end team must be over worked.
Sudden Deactivation without reason and non-existent Customer Support
I’ve been actively using YouGov for a very long time. few weeks ago my account was suddenly deactivated. Saw the FAQ of deactivation was due to me not responding to emails. However I have been doing
the surveys directly from the app itself. There is not point for me to click on the survey once on the app and then click on the survey link in the email (which leads to nothing anyway)I still have pending cash in may wallet not paid out. Have wrote in twice in the last two weeks via their feedback /contact form- more than two weeks has passed and no one has gotten back to me at all.
Unable to redeem PayPal reward since Nov 2021
Has been getting error message while trying to redeem PayPal reward since Nov 2021 and has raised more than 5 support tickets over the past 12 months. Yet, the issue hasn't been resolved and YouGov support has stopped responding. But, they continue to send me surveys and expect me to do them a free service. What an incompetent and cheapskate company. In today's business environment, there are countless ways to issue payments but YouGov continues to ignore their respondents payment issues.
