Suggestions for improvement
It will be great if there is refund, rating and feedback functions in the app. Many times the vendor did not process my food until I personally went down to the stall. It defeats the purpose of YQueue idea. It’s very bad.
Great idea but poor reality
The idea of ordering in advance and not having to queue is great. But I have had numerous payment errors while using this app, and it is not possible to contact support or request refunds through the app. Money deducted but order doesn’t get through.
Also, sometimes the stores have run out of certain things, and my order will get cancelled, or I have to change my order when I’m already there. Of course, sometimes my order only starts getting made when I ask the staff about it.
This really defeats the purpose of the app when I can sometimes get what I want faster by queuing.
Yqueue? Bcos you’ll be at the end of the queue
Unable to reflect changes from the store itself, so it became a greater hassle when I went down to the store to collect my order but was unable to because ingredients were out of stock. In the end I had to get a refund from the store and reorder on the app (didn’t have cash on me) and my order ended up behind physical customer’s orders LOL good job
