So far all ok

The App is easy to use, convenient and has a good range of pay rates. Although it mainly has F&B jobs, I am looking forward to see job postings from other sectors too. Most of the agents will tell the necessary information such as where to go and whom to inform for the first timers. If you are not sure about something, just go and ask the representative agent given in the job description. However, there are rare cases in which the hotels and the agent are not well coordinated. But the overall experience is ok.

App is decent however....

The app has a good concept. However there are very little jobs on it. I also had a bad experience from a recruiter from the app. I was introduced to her by my friend to work at a certain outlet that was under YY. I went out of my way to her office in the morning to meet her JUST to download the app. When meeting, she told me to free up my weekends as she would only need a pt for the weekends (which was what my friend said, that she was looking for pts for weekend shifts). i worked there for one weekend and went i sent my schedule for the next, she did not give me any shift . I asked for friday and sunday. That week, she only sent out the schedule for monday-sat, when i pmed her to ask if i had a shift on sunday. she answered me hours later only when i double texted. She told me that she would check back with me by 5pm, however she didnt and i had to go text her at night again to check. she told me that maybe she would put me on a shift the next week and i said ok. Then I checked today, without any notice, she removed me from the work gc. I feel very displeased with how this agent acted as she could have atleast sent me a text to say that she didnt need anymore pts or literally any heads up instead of just removing me.

Problem with outside companies

I was hired by a restaurant at Bukit Merah to work for them for 4 days but I cancelled the first day through the app but gave them prior notice and i cancelled the second day through the app. I didn't see the need to inform the restaurant itself since we were both using this app but when I came for work on the third day, i contacted the restaurant worker that I've arrived but was told to head off because they already hired another worker since they assumed I wouldn't come for work at all. How is this professional of them? They didn't inform me of that and I wasted my time and transport money to head there just to be told to go home.

I was also given an impromptu job at Seng Poh Rd through an Agent itself and I brought a friend along with me, I asked the agent herself if it was fine and she said the manager of that restaurant agreed but upon reaching the restaurant, the manager told us that they only needed one worker and told one of us to head home. How is this professional of them? We already reached and they told us that last minute.

The Agents were also very unprofessional, when I spoke to them regarding issues about work, they kept on laughing which is honestly very rude.
