Good customer service
I had ordered a duplicate item and after requesting for customer support, they quickly resolved the issue for me and even informed me that my receipt may not show the refund but they have requested for the money to be refunded back in full!
All in all, I continue to have an enjoyable experience on this app. The reviews and ability to match my clothes via their new platform also eases my decision in picking my clothes! They deliver as quickly as possible and you can even check on your package anytime of the day till it reaches your doorstep!!
Tracking information are not updated and not accurate and customer service are slow..
I’ve placed a order on March and the package has not been delivered to me over two months now. I’ve contacted the Customer Service and they told me to wait a bit longer patiently. How long more do you want a customer to wait for it? Tracking informations are not even accurate and not updated as well as the customer service are slow... Few weeks ago, I placed another order on April and the order was lost on its way. I was not satisfied and truly disappointed with it so they manage to give me a full refund for it and a coupon to place another new order instead. So I placed another order and the package was tracked as “Returned to shipper”. I contacted the Zaful Customer service and they told me to wait patiently... This is ridiculous....

Not reliable!
It’s my 2nd time to be disappointed on this app! Order 3 items, 1 item delivered wrongly! Inform zaful support but no action made! 2nd, ordered earrings and usually delivery takes time 7-15 working days, already exceeded the time frame and zaful never inform what really transpired. I was really disappointed and upset since they never bother to inform client, they just send you ticket number regarding the issues and thats it, no action made once again!
