User unfriendly
Bought 6 items, 4 orders from them in the middle of the night. A few hundred dollars buck spend. And didn’t realised the system change my pants to XL size after I check out. Chat not open at night. Send a dozen of email to them with automated reply to me. Morning try to chat with them to amend the size and replied there’s nothing they can do. I will treat the money spent as a scam. 1st and last time be buying from them. Stick back to Shoppee and Lazada better.

I miss pre-covid Zalora. What happened to you Zalora?
I was a loyal and very frequent shopper on Zalora before the pandemic. On average I’d spend 100 a month on Zalora items. I loved that they provided photos of models in each outfit in as many angles as possible and they provided as accurate as possible sizings. But if all these are not enough and somehow the fit is not ideal, we can still return or exchange.
In 2000 I became pregnant and with the WFH situation, I could barely buy anything from Zalora in the initial months. But towards the end of 2000 I realised I cannot trust the photos anymore - because the clothes looked like they were painted onto the models, and the exact measurements became rarely provided. I thought maybe it’s due to the lockdown and all. But it’s disappointing to learn that even in 2022, Zalora never improved and it seemed like I’ll never get the same shopping experience ever again on the app. Is this goodbye? Because the shopping experience just makes me prefer shopping IRL.

Always have login issues
When I set location in Singapore, no matter how many times I use the app it still automatically logout my account itself, try my both correct and incorrect user name and password also unable to login, need to restart the app and retry again, feel like only the app let me in then I able to use it under my account.
When I set location in Malaysia, exchange and return order seems unable to use as it requires me to login again even though it is already under my account. Did try to have live chat too but the typing status takes long enough for me to doze off
However, I like the progress of the purchasing, tracking order and delivery time. Like to shop in Zalora as it focuses more on quality brands
