Hello ZEPETO.
This is actually the first ever review I have ever wrote for any apps.
This app is really amazing.
Like I started playing from 2020 and I deleted it halfway, however, I really couldn’t resist to play this game again. Like I make so many friends in the app, I tried to gain followers, gain money, buy clothes, this is just any girls dream world. My friends also started playing this game ;).
All right, I just want to say this is a amazing app and I hope that there can be more chances to get free gems so that we can get more clothes.

Security, Lags & Zems

All in all, I’d give a 3.5 if there was that option. I think the game graphics are good, the poses, booths and templates etc. are pretty bug free. The clothes options are also great. However, the lag problem occurs often during games and it’s SO annoying. Please fix this.
Next, security. Zepeto pls tighten up your security because there are many articles online about how children on the app hve been groomed or bullied through zepeto, and this in turn results in parents not allowing their children to download the app. Pls get rid of users who show inappropriate behavior and frequent security checks should be conducted on your part? Not just for us to report.
Lastly, zems. Things are getting quite expensive and in some countries the Candy Slime option is not available, there are no more surveys where I can get zems either. The variety of coin items is also not that wide. You should understand that not everyone using this app might get permission to buy zems, and might get uninterested in your game if they cannot get any zems after a while. It isn’t very fair.

Other than that, the game is good for meeting others, good for newbies to social media.

good, but could be better

zepeto has been an enjoyable app that allows me to creatively style my avatars clothes online, and all of the designs are very beautiful. however, the cost of it in coins (since im a f2p player) is very expensive, and i take weeks to save up to the amount to finally change into my outfit. to get more money, i try the luck scratches available to try my luck, and I have to watch advertisements for that. however, one problem that has been bugging me lately is that some of the advertisements DO NOT load for me. I have tried refreshing the app like 13 times yet still the same advertisement comes up and it doesn’t load, wasting my time and effort, and I don’t get my scratch card. This is very annoying and frustrating for me and damages my user experience. please fix this bug. thank you for your time taken to read this and I hope you have a nice day :)
