What we love: Being able to walk around each level to find hidden paths or alternative routes that’ll improve your time. Remember, this isn’t golf! It’s all about how fast you get to the pin – not how many strokes you take.

Don’t miss: The subtle controls. It’s easy to pinch and drag to set the power of each shot, but be careful not to overswing. Sometimes a simple tap is all you need to get your ball (or car, or office chair) lined up perfectly.

Quick tip: Rapid, repeated putting is better than trying for a hole-in-one on some levels (such as those with giant fans surrounding the hole). Who needs a caddy, anyway?
