To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)
Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.
With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

App stoping or Delaying cycles for no reasons
We are using the app for more than one year. It has constant problems with connection to maschine and it stops the already started cycle for no reason whitout any announcment or masages. Cycle paused says on the screen and than youbhave to start it manualy. That is if you can and the app is working. App needs a lot of emprovements and is realy not ready for daily use as it is . But anyways it is well planed and if it would work like its soposed to it would be a fantastic solution
Doesn’t function properly
I have a washer dryer which has a non-responsive “touchscreen”, which is why I am forced to use the app. Unfortunately it keeps causing issues - when it should be drying it washes, meaning it sometimes washes the same load 2 x or even more and when you expect to unload the dried clothing they are soaking wet. It says the correct program (drying) is set in the app but then below the program it says “last rinse” etc. so it’s very clearly the app that is not functioning properly.
Can’t connect
I can’t connect. It just stuck at connecting. I have send an email to your support and got generic feedback to contact my country support. So I concated my country support (2 times) and no reply. Don’t advetise you have an app - becouse is false advetising. It does not work.
