To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)

Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.

With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

I created and register my Candy account. But app wont let me sign in. I have new app update installed

Broken after last update

Latest version does not go trough a page that says that you should enable local network access in privacy settings. I have it enabled, but still does not work. Very annoying. Please fix it.

Can’t connect

I can’t connect. It just stuck at connecting. I have send an email to your support and got generic feedback to contact my country support. So I concated my country support (2 times) and no reply. Don’t advetise you have an app - becouse is false advetising. It does not work.
