Cheating and non-professional
They trying to charge me for ride that the driver canceled. Convincing me that driver was waiting me at the hotel for 9min. Afterall driver canceled to pick up me before he was at the hotel, which can be reviewed of logs so he couldn’t wait me for 9min as the conversation was ended before this time.
