1. Easy Membership: The Privilege membership is available to all guests aged 18 years and above who spend any amount at our hotel.
2. Non-Transferable Privilege Card: The Privilege card is strictly non-transferable. Only the cardholder is entitled to enjoy discounts and redemptions.
3. No Membership Fees: Enjoy all the perks of Privilege membership without any signup fees or charges.
4. Stay Informed: Receive timely notifications through the app about changes in privilege services and benefits.
5. Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy discounts and privileges at our property, subject to the sole discretion of the hotel.
6. Flexible Entitlements: Your level of entitlements is based on a rolling 12-month accumulation of points, which may increase or decrease based on your usage.
7. Digital Card: Access your Privilege card digitally through the app. Please note that the digital card holds no monetary value.
8. Active Membership: Keep your card active to be eligible for member discounts and point redemption. Cards with no usage within a 12-month period will be automatically closed.
9. Point Collection: Earn 1 Point for every RM1 spent at our hotel (excluding government tax or TTx).
10. Subject to Availability: All entitlements are subject to availability and their own terms and conditions.
11. Updated Terms: EHKL reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. Please stay updated through the app.
12. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes regarding the application or use of your EHKL Rewards membership card, EHKL's decisions shall be final.
13. Personal Information: By joining, you declare that all personal information and data provided are true, up-to-date, and accurate. Update any changes through the app.
