Description
The EU Login app is developed by EC DIGIT.D.3 to facilitate your day-to-day authentication. Once you have registered your device with your EU Login account, authentication can be done with just your PIN code when accessing EU Login protected applications using the app via your mobile browser.
EU Login can also be used as a second factor authenticator if an application requires it.
Don't have WIFI or Internet access? Don't worry, you can generate a unique code via the QR Code scanner.

If you make two-factor authentication mandatory, then make sure the system works
I attempted to amend my Europass CV. However, I could not access the Europass platform because of mandatory two-factor authentication. This app doesn’t work. eID is not available to my country. Adding security keys and trusted platforms I assume has limited compatibility with iOS.
A real howler this. CVs are rather crucial to apply for jobs. Applications are usually time sensitive. You can do the math from here.
Very bad
The registration of a mobile device does not work. Also, it is not only the mobile app that is poorly implemented. Using the Europass website for creating a CVs is frustrating as the changes are sometimes not saved, the design is changed when you add new information, saving of CVs is poorly designed.
Why is it not working? Turn notifications ON
I had the same problem, could not connect my device with account and couldn’t access to my account. But you need to turn on your notifications! The app should work after that.
