what’s happened?

Long time paying user (and developer) here. I know you’re going through a big full stack rewrite but I just want to know, are you happy with the current state of your apps? Because from my perspective, both iOS and Mac app have gotten much worse and if that’s the direction you’re going in, I am said to say I have to find an alternative. Building sustainable business is hard but I’m paying you a good amount of money and what I recently get in return is constant pop-ups and loading bars everywhere. You’ve made my experience of using your apps horrible and it just seems like such a waste considering how good you were. I wish you reconsider your approach even though I know it’s unlikely.
Crashes, doesn’t show notes, freezes ...

I’ve been using Evernote since 2011 and been also on subscription.There were bumps with updates before, but it generally was very useful.The new rewritten app fails on iPhone, Mac, iPad, Windows...It freezes, crashes, doesn't show notes or their content, it’s very slow and sluggish , some useful stuff was removed.Really sad that the product went bad.It was a great product, but this last rewrite made it quite non-productive.

I have been an Evernote user since 2012. Have stayed with the product when the company made a big release that completely destroyed the user experience. And now they did it again. Every time I edit a note it makes a new note so edits are not in the same note but a new note is created. How can you mess up things so bad over and over again?

- The audio player now shows the recording length.
- Improved the search handling by the AI Assistant.
- The AI Assistant can now insert images you upload in chat directly into your note.
Fixes:
- Fixed image resize from the top-left corner.
- Fixed empty web clips on some sites (e.g. Substack).
