If zigbee goes offline, try replace usb adapter and usb cable. That solve my problem. The rest is working and support team replay message\question within 24hours.
Problem with iOS 13.4.1
When I install the app on my iPhone XS the pairing with SONOFF mini didnt work.
When I tried eith my iPad pairing was successful.
Wifi switch th16 light pairing
How can I add a device using blinking mode, the instruction say to choose that option, but I dont have it in the app?
