Improve your game in 4 weeks with daily 20min trainings at home! Solo practice alongside your club training is especially important at young age - FPRO enables you to train core moves and techniques, and lay a solid foundation for your future career.
Our 4-level ball mastery program is created by UEFA-certified coaches with extensive experience in youth football. It's designed to teach and engrain key ball control techniques, that will improve your performance in the field. Each level is fine-tuned for skill progression, offering a curriculum for players of all abilities.
We encourage a disciplined approach towards training. As long as it's consistent, only 20min a day will be plenty for maximum skill improvement and on-field success. We help users to become accountable for their progress and build resilience and determination.
