Herox 是起源於香港的一個任務配對平台，任何人只要您有任何需要幫手的事情，在平台輸入你想做的事情及定價，我們都會為您配對最合適的服務提供者。
每個人都可以是服務提供者，也可以是老闆製造任務，每分每秒都找到合適的幫手解決問題，相對服防提供者亦可每分每秒都找到合適的任務賺取服務費。
每個服務提供者都需要身份核實，以確保服務質素，而服務提供者亦可為自己建立 ProFile，提供專業，經驗證明，以令老闆增加信任度。
平台代向雙方處理帳項交收，確保每個任務由雙方確認完成再發放服務費。

- 每個任務設有獨立聊天室，在接受或委派任務前，以便雙方更加了解任務內容。在接受或委派任務後，在保密的聊天室進行溝通。
