Loyalty Card users can enjoy various discounts, pick up vouchers or products from certain stores in the mall. Adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia are entitled to the BASIC Sofia Mall loyalty card or VIP Sofia mall loyalty card.

HOW DOES THE CARD WORK?
• You are shopping in Sofia MALL and you will be approached by a promoter with whose help you can register.
• Download the Sofia Mall mobile app from iOS platform and get a loyalty card immediately.
• You continue shopping in marked stores within the mall.
• With the collected receipts, go to the Info Desk, where the receipts are scanned and converted into points.
• After collecting a certain number of loyalty points, you can select and pick up the reward from the Info Desk.
HOW DO VOUCHERS WORK?
• After collecting a certain amount of loyalty points, the customer meets the conditions for booking vouchers.
• The Info Desk employee scans the customer's mobile app or loyalty card and gives the selected voucher to the customer.
• The customer goes to a specific store and uses the selected voucher when shopping.
