Good, not perfect
I like AI inside the app that is getting better over time. Two complaints:
No option to automatically insert one space after tapping punctuation marks,
Inserting language specific letters by ”hold and wait” manner could be improved. The first choice in a pop-up selector should be a letter that is actually in language's alphabet. For example, holding ”s” on Slovenian keyboard gives »ßsśš«, although only »š« is desirable in such situations; »ßś« are even not in Slovenian alphabet ergo they should be the farthest.
Good, but crashes
The app has become more stable since the issues with iOS 17, but I still get crashes when scrolling through emojis. Otherwise works fine. Much better keyboard than stock.

Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by SwiftKey issues. To resolve the problem, we suggest reinstalling Microsoft SwiftKey and rebooting your phone. Please also verify that your device's software is current. If you are concerned about losing your personalized dictionary, make sure you are signed in to your account with Backup & Sync activated.
Better than default, lots of bugs
Ive been using it for 6 years and got worse.
Emoji suggestions only work for the ones that was "added to personal knowlage db" few years ago.
Sometimes suggets but replaces different word
I wont learn from my input at all. Just the ones that you longpress to not suggest anymore
