Ratings and Reviews
Best mobile banking app
What can I say, the app and the entire service around it is impeccable. The thought that went into UX is amazing, the app is beautiful and intuitive, and I love using it.
One minor note, it seems silly that, when you start a support chat from the app, you have to “manually” verify your identity… in the app. Just adds additional unnecessary clicks.
And another one, it would make sense to allow users to use non latin characters in the address entry screen in account settings (from the countries that N26 operates in). For Slovenia these would be čšž/ČŠŽ. It’s also kinda weird that my address already has one of those letters (č), but if I try to change the address to something else that also includes it, it won’t let me.
Probably the best online bank as of now
I am surprised I didn’t find this great online bank sooner. I am absolutely astonished as to how it functions - 8 minutes and you’ve already got your card ordered for free! Apple pay, what a great way to confuse salesmen when you try and pay with a phone! Storing money in different spaces on one account, that is one of the coolest features imo. Transferring money to cards of different banks for free! I could go on and on. If you haven’t got one yet, go for it!
Lacking basic feature
I’ve been a keen user for a long time but today I felt the pain from trying to get a huble card transaction confirmation from one of the purchases at the merchant.
Guess what?
They don’t offer this!!! I was like what??????
Every bank offers this as min feature, no matter card, transfer, what ever transaction you can get that one page confirmation of your payment.
I am really really disappointed and will most likely cancel my account.
In addition, no one from the Support services is aware of this. They told I can easly get this from Web App and Phone App, until I told them 3 times this is not true and then they verified and confirmed. Card transaction can’t exported to a PDF as confirmation, same as normal transfer using app does.
In addition, I wanted to submit a user feedback and request that they build this feature to the product, and guess what, you can’t just simply submit this through their website or app. You always end up at some stupid FAQ. Really? You don’t need user feedback cos your product offers it all?
Guess what, Sparkasse bank offers more!!
Revolut is my choice of bank!!!
