Symptom Tracking
Phendo offers a platform for users to track their symptoms. Every aspect of your experience is documented, creating a personalized health journal, from pain intensity to endo belly.

Self-Management
Empower yourself with the ability to record and evaluate the effectiveness of various self-management strategies. Whether it's dietary changes, exercise routines, or medication schedules, Phendo helps you track what works or doesn’t work, enabling a more tailored approach to managing your endometriosis.

Collaborative Care
With Phendo, you're not just managing your condition; you're actively participating in your healthcare journey. The app allows you to explore your tracked data together with your care team and make informed decisions about which treatments are most effective for you.
