What ever you are doing, stop. Viber is becoming more and more unusable. Messages delayed, for a year now can’t make a normal call without it having an issue. Call quality is low. Video call quality is even worse. And it uses more inernet then messenger or even skype.

Unfairly banned!

For the past 10 years without much complaint. Suddenly Viber has decided to put me in an automatic ban system which banned me from using viber and because od suspicious activity with spam! I haven’t sent any kind of spam to anyone!!! This apo refuses to help or even look at the problem at hand only respinding with bots and automated messages that don’t do jack!! Honestly before i used to recomend this app overbothers but now i am telling everyone not to even bother! If someone can get banned without probable cause and loose everything it’snot worth downloading!! I have been a good user all this time and now all of my messages to very important people have been blocked because of something that hasn’t been looked into! If anyone outhere wants to download this app bear in mind that sou could be accused and banned becaouse activity you didnt even commit! Which is, by the way, unfair! This app’s support team is unreliable and unreachable! So beware if you have contacts saved in viber becaouse you could lose them! I would honestly be glad to have my account back becaouse its been great so far. However this blocking think has completely ruined it for me. Please viber take a look into this and unblock my account for me to be satisfied. And to anyone else who is reading if you know how to fix this please share! Thank you!

Since the last update (14.8) notifications are weird. You can’t see the message, it just says that the person sent you a message and it doesn’t tell in which group. Also, combine notifications option is automatically selected every time you close the app. Because of all this things you can’t know anything about messages you get, except who sent it. It’s still the best application for group chat and among bests for private chat I’ve found so I hope they’ll consider fixing a problem or get it back to where it was.
Viber is kicking us out without any info

Me and my broader family was using Viber for years,as we are leaving appart, some have only company phone and other apps are not alowed etc. This week I tried to reach my sister to align on Sunday, when her small daughter will celebrate 2nd birthday. And surprise, log in not possible, my phone number can not be accepted. Guess how I feel? Like my family album was burned. Thank you for this Viber, and start learning about customer service, business comunication etc. As you do not like me, I will move away and cancel all accounts at my appartments. Sorry, this is not how you treat the people which is every month assuring your bank account is full. Adios, Anton.
