# Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue with incorrectly rendered HTML in the Label widget.
- Changing a risk rating in a management plan now correctly runs all associated actions.
- The app sometimes crashed when adding multiple attachments via the Response widget.
- Fixed an issue with the incorrect content shown in the Records In Draft button on the dashboard.
- Lock on Exit option not sticking in Settings.
- Sometimes the next page of data in My Data would not load.
- Fixed a couple of small bugs when editing risks.
- Conduct a Risk Assessment was sometimes incorrectly shown on the dashboard.
- Fixed some text input issues in the Risk Description field.
