the worst functioning app ever

your paying system is awful and it took me hours to top up money on my wristband this year (whereas i did it with no problems last year) and i was so stressed out and lost and there are no clear instructions on how to do it. and today the app suddenly wouldn’t open anymore and i thought i had to update my phone but it still didn’t help so i deleted and reinstalled the app and had to do a card registration AGAIN. i was so afraid that the money from the previous top-up would disappear but luckily it’s still there i just hope the app won’t be nonfunctioning when i get to the actual festival and have to use it to add my wristband. i don’t know why you continue with this cashless payment system on the festival when several people have told me they have had problems with it. but this app is just something else, please make it more reliable if you’re going to be handling with credit cards throughout it.

App crashing

I’m very frustrated, because app doesn’t work and I tried to delete and install it again, but it was still crashing. I need the app to see when people are preforming, but now that can’t be done.

Also when I was listening to Martin some people were smoking and I got burns! I wouldn’t allow smoking in such a big crowd.
