User experience? I hardly knew her
Calling this a mess is not the word I would use. After using this for a few minutes words such as atrocious, vexing, dreadful come to mind.
Devs of this have never heard of user experience apparently. Let one iOS because this smells of a cheapo-Play Store app from the very core of it.

To much of everything
I want to send money to Urbana and if I want to do it digitally, only option is over Valu (strange). Valu UI is confusing and there are to many features wanna be but its hard to find even basic payment features.
