I renewed my subscription. Since the subscription was not activated, I logged out and wanted to log in again. Well, I couldn't. I wrote to support.
The answer was:
1/ if you are using an iPhone or iPad, please send us a screenshot.
2/ if you are trying to share your subscription from iPhone to iPad or vice versa.
If you are trying to reactivate your subscription on a different device (iPad), please be guided that if you want to share your subscription from your iPhone to your iPad or vice versa, you will have to purchase a separate subscription on each device. Please note that WeatherPro for iPad and WeatherPro for iOS/iPhone are technically 2 different apps.
I explained to them that I have an iphone, ipad pro and ipad mini and that I don't remember on which device I renewed my subscription and asked them to explain to me how to log in with any of the listed devices. Then there was no more voice from them. 10 euros won't make me hungry, but I think it's silly.

i've been using the app for a really long time and i been enyoing it so much. I am 100%, that from the day one, this is the premier weather app, and everybody shoud have it.
