Cases are best
The only thing I rely on while scrolling through the products listed are the cases. You can’t go wrong with those. The fact that they make special discounts making you only pay the shipping is mind blowing. Great app!
Worst online sales provider since early 2020
I’m a heavy/frequent online buyer since 2005. Here is my latest: I will avoid using Wish.
Half of the items are never even leaving the transportation hub in China. They are delaying issuing refunds. Hence the buyers are crediting them for free and have issues getting refunded after three months of nothing happened. The price they are advertising is misleading. Usually it stands for very basic item, but when you choose your option (like for EU market), the price jumps. (Hidden) Transportation costs in many cases exceed the value of the item. Big discounts are fake as they the balloon the original price by several 100%. It used to be my favorite service. Since early 2020 it has become useless.
Scam app
This world known app is supporting all kind of scams. You can be happy if you get what you order, nearly half of my orders were wrong and their support don’t do anything about it, getting refund is impossible. In the last email from their support they are telling me (I have proof for this!) that I have to order more orders on their app if I want their help with refund (I paid for 10L dry bag and I received 2L dry bag - 5 times smaller). For them this is not enough for refund. Don’t use this all if you don’t want to be scammed.
