- Having associated all of your purchases online and at physical stores. At a physical store, identify yourself at the till with your Zara QR code and request an e-receipt.
- In-store returns for both online and in-store purchases.
- Collect all of your online orders at a physical store.

Not working properly
The app is not working properly. You don’t see items.
A few things could be improved
I like that the app and photos are very aesthetically pleasing, but sometimes it’s hard to actually see the clothing because of the poses of the models or if the photos have a black and white filter. Also I come across the same items multiple times in the same category which is extremely confusing to me.
UI Design
Hi! I am writing to tell you that your app is poorly designed. Its a bit confusing and unorganized.
Some of the features id like to se change are:
-seeing the pictures in full screen by default (it now cut at the bottom),
Sliding the pictures from left to right (its now a vertical swap), seeing all the clothes that the model is wearing in the picture, clothes description under a folder so there is only a few elements on the screen.
-explore page to be friendlier (its better to include less objects otherwise it becomes confusing)
-to have an app setting (where i can set just to see mens clothing so i can personalize to my interests)
