Monkeynauts: Merge Monkeys!
Uber Cute Monkey Matching Game
It’s hard enough parenting a human kid. Imagine having to supervise a bunch of monkeys. Hundreds of them.
Monkeynauts: Merge Monkeys takes that premise and goes wild. In this tap-filled idle game, you’re the commander of a mission control centre, challenged with helping simians grow from newborns to highly intelligent scientists. Eventually, you can cram adult apes into a rocket ship (bananas and all) and launch them into orbit – and beyond.

You’ll figure out the gameplay in no time. Every couple of seconds, an incubator appears. Tap it to create a small baby monkey. Drag two of those babies together and they merge, creating an infant monkey. Drag two infants together and they form a teen monkey. And so on.
Additionally, each primate generates a small amount of profit per second. The elder the monkey, the more cash it creates. You can spend this money on upgrades (like faster-spawning incubators) or – when you need a quick match – to instantly spawn a monkey of any age. This accelerated progress helps you reach a moonbase and other stations more quickly.

Unlocking new monkeys feels like an event – both because they earn more dough and because these critters are super cute. Thank the soft pastel cartoon illustrations, which look like something out of a gorgeous children’s book. You’ll wish you could get stuffed-animal versions of characters like Dotcom (a massive ape with a doctorate) and 8-Bit (a golden cyborg monkey).
Monkeynauts is perfect for those short on time, and doesn’t require much expertise to master. Send our simian pals to the stars and get tapping.
