With ČSOB Smart you have the whole bank and insurance company in your mobile.
You are not a client yet? It is not a problem, you can become one right in the app – opening a current account takes only few minutes.
Why it is great to have ČSOB Smart:
1. Your money is safe, it is protected not only by your bank identity, but also by Face ID or Touch ID.
2. You always know how much money you have, both in your current and savings account, and even on investments account.
3. It makes payments easy, even invoice payment, thanks to the possibility to scan it from a QR code.
4. You have a perfect control of accounts, mortgages, loans, insurance and other ČSOB products.
5. You can change your card limit, display forgotten PIN code, or temporarily lock the card, and it all takes no time.
6. It allows you to easily arrange a loan, savings, investments, travel insurance and other products.
7. Here you may manage your insurance contracts, report an insurance event and monitor its handling progress. You can also find here your insurance documents, such as your Green Card.
8. You can customize it according to your needs, adjust the order of the products or set the dark mode of an app.

Vo filtroch by sa hodilo vyhľadávanie textu aby bolo možné vyhľadávať aj napr platbu u určitého predajcu.

Nejde prihlasenie
Nepodporuje nove telefony, cize s mojim starsim iphonon sa neprihlasim, super napad to spravit zo dna na den bez varovania, uplne som si uzil ze som zrazu nemal pristup k uctu.
Problem je uz ale nastastie vyrieseny presunom uctu do Raiffeisen (odporucam)

Dobrý den, aplikaci ČSOB Smart můžete nainstalovat na zařízeních s iOS 14 a vyšším. Pokud neuvažujete o novém zařízení, pak se můžete do svého bankovnictví přihlašovat přes internetové bankovnictví: https://identita.csob.cz/prihlaseni/#csob-ib, kam se přihlásíte uživatelským jménem a heslem, tedy údaji, které jste si zvolil do ČSOB Identity.
