Disappointed

I was always happy with orders but last experience made me change my mind, i placed an order and made payment as usual, got confirmation email with expected delivery date and an apology that it might come later (completely understandable since it was end of november when i submitted order), first thing that made me just a little upset was that when i got text that my package will be delivered today there was no time frame (obviously most ppl cannot stay at home ALL DAY LONG waiting for package and of course the delivery guy choose to come exactly at the time when i wasnt at home but thats Ok im kinda used to that), so we agreed with delivery guy that instead it will be delivered tomorrow, still Ok at this point but it wasnt until like 2 hours later when i got email from aboutyou that not all products are available (how on earth is it possible since i already paid for it i have no idea) so long story short THEY SENT ME JUST HALF OF MY ORDER EVENTHO I ALREADY PAID FOR EVERYTHING AND ON THE TOP OF IT THEY JUST LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT AFTER IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED SO I DIDNT HAVE ANY OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER, disgusting experience and im very upset

Everything about shopping and delivery is fine but the app ... the last month i try to open it and clothes pictures won't load
Its make me really upset because i make order almost every month
I update app and try to renistal but nothing work
Please fix this or you lose many of your costumers
Im from Slovakia and a lot of my friends have same problem. Thanks

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you experienced some technical difficulties. The products' pictures should be loading without any problem. It might have been a temporary technical issue so we really hope that the app again works fine for you. And of course, we always suggest using the newest version of our app, so please always make sure you use recent version.
