Repeat one more exercise in custom workout

Hello Adrian James Team!

I love your apps, but I miss the possibility set the repeat of favorite exercises at the custom workout.

It would also be great if one exercise could be included in the custom workout even more in diferent places. Thank you

This app has very good excercises and features, but it would be even better if a future update would add synchronization across devices (e.g. Weekly point challenge sharing between iphone and ipad)
