Description
APP CARNEO Fit + is used to connect CARNEO fitness bracelets with your phone. The application aggregates all the data measured by the bracelet and displays the measured data in the statistical graphs. It also evaluates various physical data such as stress, cardio index, BMI, evaluates sleep quality and motivates you to perform better daily to live a healthier life. The app has a history of measured data that you always have. For women, a menstrual calendar is available with prognosis for menstrual days and ovulation, helping women to plan pregnancy.
Phone finder on supported devices only works if the application is running in the background.
Measurements made on watches and bracelets are for information only and cannot be used for medical purposes!
Carneo app allows you to store health data such as steps, heartbeats, blood pressure etc. into the Health app.

Dobrý deň,
aplikácia by sa k hodinkám po otvorení mala automaticky pripojiť. Pravdepodobne nemáte hodinky spárované s telefónom. Kontaktuje nás prosím na info@carneo.sk, kde nám napíšte aký model hodiniek a aký model telefónu máte a pokúsime sa spoločne problém vyriešiť.

Zdravim, mam Advanture 2nd gen na Iphone11, nefunguje mi pocasie, stale mam slnecno 0st. Vsetky povolenia mam aktivne. Prisim o radu, dik

Dobrý deň,
neevidujeme problém s počasím pri spomínaných hodinkách. Preveríme to. Len pre informáciu dodávame, že počasie sa synchronizuje len keď je aplikácia zapnutá a po skončení synchronizácie dát.
Staznost
Hodinky sa mi nedaju nastavit na 12h casovy usek (am, pm) Fotenie cez hodinky vobec nefunguje, ani hudba nesla prepinat ale to som po resetovani hodiniek opravila lenze mi to vymazalo vsetko… zatial velmi lutujem kupu tychto hodiniek

nakoľko sa hodinky predávajú v Európe kde sa štandartne používa 24h časový úsek takéto nastavenie sme do aplikácie nedávali. O aký konkrétny model hodiniek sa jedná? Napíšte nám prosím na podporu info@carneo.sk a pozrieme sa na to.
