WHAT is going on?!

When I open the game, it shuts Down. I again open the game, press the button, it shuts again. I do it again, win some money AND THIS .... doesnt give me what is mine. Or when I win the battle or these pigs to rob someone, it doesnt give me money or ⚡️. So can u pls solve the problem? I love This gsme but this needs to be done.

After three years of active gameplay and significant financial investment, I have made the difficult decision to uninstall this app and cease supporting its developers due to the glaring flaws it exhibits. The game's spin mechanic, which ostensibly relies on luck, is far from random. Through extensive research and player experiences, it becomes evident that Coin Master's spins are purposefully skewed to provide unfavorable outcomes. This intentional manipulation exploits players' expectations and creates frustration, leading them to invest more time and money in pursuit of desirable rewards. Numerous online articles and forum discussions shed light on this issue, with players recounting instances where even the supposedly high-reward events, such as the slot machine that offers a chance to win hundreds or even thousands of spins, consistently result in the lowest possible rewards. This deliberate design aims to prolong player engagement, encouraging them to spend real money to compensate for the unfair disadvantage. Thanks but no.

I give this assessment because the prices for villages are incredible raised, for more than 1000%, which is definitely your problem! In the last few monts more than 100 players which I know were complaining about the same problem.
I suppose you know about this problem and that you already started solving in order to get back into the game as soon as possible. If your administrators are incompetent, it's very easy to replace them and set up capable people who can solve this problem. When you fix the problem, your duty is public apologise.
